I am so happy with the muffins that I make recently. they are super tasty. It really the best muffins in the house. And with it I made chocolate muffins and nuts muffins.
Here are the ingredients and be careful while doing it, small difference and muffins recipe will be in the past.
75 g butter
2 eggs ( large size)
100 g sugar
1/4 corn flakes
1 spoon vanilla
2 cups any type of flours
1 spoon baking powder
1 spoon cocoa or chocolatee
2 spoon orange juice
How to bake nuts muffins:
Mix the butter with the sugar, blend it for few minutes then add the eggs.
Add the orange juice and blend nicely then add the corns
Add the vanilla, chocolate and nuts.
After mixing the flour and baking powder in another plate, add them to the mixture.
cover the baking tray with oil, not much, just little so it does not stick. then put the mixture and bake for 36 minutes.
