Just have a blog and join the site with your email and blogs
The admin will review your site
If you have 10 good posts in your blog, if you have 10 good backlinks to your blog, and if you get original content, you maybe approved
After few days or weeks or reviewing your site or blog, an email about the rejection or approve
Then you has to set your account
You can pick any section
And write product review about.
Later the advertisers check all the blogs and reviews and pick the one they want and like and pay for it.
You can write your price at the site and you both can accept or refuse.
The more good posts you have and more followers you have the more you will be picked to write for the advertisers and that is how you earn money writing reviews
