How to make Bhakarwadi at home | Gujarati Bhakarwadi Recipe

Ingredients



Flour 1 cup

Gram Flour 1/2 cup

Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon

Oil 5 tablespoon

Poppy seeds 1/2 cup

Sesame seeds 2 tbs

coconut  grated 1 cup

Ginger chopped 3 tablespoon

Green chillies chopped 2 tbs

Coriander powder 1 tbs

Cumin powder 1 tablespoon




Instructions:



roast poppy seeds / sesame

seeds then add grated

coconut.

In different bowl mix ginger

green chillies, coriander

powder and turmeric powder.



mix all spices and salt.

cut the dough into portions.

and flatten it

put the little of mixture.

Roll like flutes or any shape



put it in the steamer

and steam for 30 minutes.

Cool it slightly and cut into

smaller size pieces.



Heat oil in a pan

deep fry the pieces

till they are brown and crispy

serve it hot or cold
